Lincoln Davies Building Supply will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed in the order they were received on the next business day.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for standard stock items at any time prior to pick-up or delivery. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance and are Non-Returnable.
Returns
You can return your standard stocking purchase up to 10 business days from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase from Lincoln Davies Building Supply is required for all returns. Final Sale Products such as clearance items, used equipment, and custom or special-order products cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received, except that all cash purchases will be made via corporate check to the customer and address listed on the original invoice. If returned merchandize requires testing or verification of operation, then credit may be delayed until completed.
When returning a product please do the following:
· Include a copy of the original invoice.
· For house accounts, a note with the original invoice number, purchase date,
and produce item code, may be sufficient.
· Items must be unused and in new condition.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Lincoln Davies Building Supply can deliver to local jobsites. Ask about our delivery services and fees at time of order.
Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damages due to Shipping/Delivery
If you receive an order that arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact Lincoln Davies Building Supply immediately upon receiving the delivery. Claims must be made within two business days.

Lincoln Davies Building Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards for online orders.
Customers picking up orders can also pay by cash or when applicable by House Account with approved Purchase Order and authorization.
